Yes. As long as it was under 100k. I personally want a community of these with small markets, restaurants, and other amenities all within 15 minutes walking distance. Let these be the launching point of true walking communities.

Love the concept, and I'm sure there are some designs that I would love, but I absolutely despise this particular design with the laundry in a random corner and the stove abutting the refrigerator. One can't even turn pot handles away from the center of the stove.

Not if I could avoid it. I'd rather live in one of those than an apartment though. Looks like they'd make great temporary housing for hurricane victims.
