Look, I feel for this lady upset about the cats, I’ve dealt with this kind of issue, but she’s livid and threatening. Her tone and body language say she’s ready to physically fight. I’d have already called the cops on her.

Though at first the woman seems to be the problem, after hearing her voice her complaint I can relate. Having some irresponsible neighboring cat owner let loose their unneutered cat can really piss you off when their cat starts to spray into your basement windows. Not only is the stench unbearable, but people are allergic to it and it can cause deformities in babies in pregnant women.

I don't see anything wrong with this interaction. A disgruntled neighbor trying to make contact about an issue. It happens thousands of times a day.

No, I wouldn’t open the door. She’s not interested in a conversation. She’s being menacing and threatening. Laying on the doorbell, demanding they open the door, etc. Cats notwithstanding, that’s not how you approach someone’s home is you simply want a discussion.

I wouldn't have opened the door but I am on her side about the cat. I had a neighbor who let their dog out the front door and it roamed the street, pissing and shitting all in my yard, even though I had my dog on a lead. Pissed me off like nothing else and no matter how much I told them to keep their animal out of my yard it didnt matter. I just started putting all their shit back in their front yard. I absolutely despise that people think everyone else should share their pet

Solution: Lady in green can set up cat traps. Then … Take cats to a pet shelter. Can also keep doors closed and cats won’t wonder in the house.

If the cat is getting her garage and home that's her issue for leaving ways for the cat to get inside. She looks unhinged. I wouldn't open the door for her either.

Get an animal trap, trap the cat and turn the cat over to animal control. Paying the fine and the mandatory spaying or neutering would probably keep this from happening again. I can sympathize, as I’ve had cats use my kid’s sandbox as a litter box, dig up my flowers, run into my house and knock things off shelves, eat koi and frogs in my koi pond. Animal owners need to be responsible for their pets, but some people are just bums with no regard for anyone else.

Number 1 I would not open the door. Number 2 I don’t blame green shirt for her exasperation over someone else’s unmanaged pet. I have dealt with this cat issue before and it is nasty to deal with. They will mark your yard and house repeatedly like they own it and then you will have to deal with the disgusting smell. Keep your smelly cat at your own house 😂

Not with her aggressive attitude but if the cat is doing what she says then she has a point. She is unable to respond with emotional maturity however. Keep emotions in check and ask to talk to both husband and wife and state ur concerns. Maybe that would offer a solution. I’d never open my door for her in this state.

There's no way this woman doesn't own a cat. I'd say she owns ALL the cats. If I look up the dictionary definition of "cat lady", this woman would be it.

Get the police??? For a cat??? If a badger comes in your house do you find the nest and demand mommy and daddy badger keep their badger inside??? No. You take steps to remove said badger and badger proof your house. Horrible woman.
