Been saying this for years. Next time you're at Whole Foods, look at the ingredients of their fresh baked breads. Bread should only have 4 or 5 ingredients. WF bread has like 15.

just the other day, I saw this sign at Whole Foods stopped, looked at it, read it and walked out purchasing nothing. Went another 20 minutes in the opposite direction to the local farm and purchased their veggies.

All waxed veggies fruit pour hot water over them, I use my hot tea, then soak in vinegar/baking soda/purified water for 5-10 mins, then wash/rinse in reverse osmosis water! They're full of chemicals & parasites under the wax.
