Why pay for 3 women when one man would suffice.

Someone's gender identity is the least important attribute when it comes to home repairs.

The installation of that ceiling light is not in compliance with the International Building Code, and (hopefully) in violation of all building codes everywhere. Dropping a few wires through drywall is a fire hazard, and they don’t even use drywall anchors to hold the fixture to the ceiling. So if the fixture does not fall on someone’s head, it’s going to start an electrical fire.

It's fine with me. I'll eventually get paid to go back and fix it all.

I did Handyman work for years. I would put up a light like that by myself. So you have to pay double for less quality workers?
