Why don't they just call it Banana Blossom, Seaweed and Samphire with chips? It's not fish so why call it that?

I like MEAT.

What concerns me with all these "replica" attempts is actual nutrition - for example it is v important that we have a descent balance of carbs to protein in such a dish - having a main meal that is too rich in carbs but lacking in protein is not good for us. This is even more nuanced though. Take so called "lab meat" for example does such "meat" provide the same fine grained nutritional values to the human body that genuine meat does? The devil as they say is in the details.

Sure... I'm unsure if I'd like it but it wouldn't hurt to try!

Looks a bit chewy, I'd try it if real fish was available if I didn't like it.

Well it ain’t fish then is it? And I would try it, but just call it something else. Why do veggies & vegans have to call something by a name they don’t want to eat?
