Ummmmm the only way to eat an egg for a salad is: - Hard rolling boil water - Drop egg in for 6 mins flat - Immediately pull egg out and drop in ice bath for 10 mins Shell comes right off and you have a medium boiled egg with runny yolk to drench your salad

At what temp and for how long?

Pile them into the instant pot (I put like 12-18, even piling on top of each other works) with a bit of water just up to the rack in the bottom and set for 1 minute. Release the steam when it’s done and into the ice bath. Easy peasy and the shell comes right off.
