This is the perfect snapshot of how backward the system has become. A biological woman gets denied medical care while insurance throws money at gender ideology like it’s charity work for votes.

Here’s another one… Try women getting life saving hysterectomies… They will be denied dozen of times before you will ever be proved, if ever. But they will cut the body parts off of children and adults alike without question asks if they are mental ill and claim to be the opposite sex. This is our American health system and how horrific REAL WOMEN are treated each day.

I've experienced a similar problem with insurance but for a different demographic. I'm 75 have type 2 diabetes, thyroid issues and some other drug dependent issues. For years ALL of my conditions have been under control after suffering through many unsuccessful drug trials and errors. This year I received a similar letter from insurance, filed appeals and got two drugs continued. The third appeal for a diabetes drug went as far as a hearing ẃith a judge. I lost that appeal because i was asked to provide a peer review study showing why I, at 75, needed that drug which had been working for me for over five years. Of course, no study exist. I was switched to a cheaper drug 5 moths ago and have NOT been able to control my diabetes. having uncollected diabetes is slowly shortening my life. Denying a drug appears to be a cost saving ploy by insurance companies. @RobertKennedyJr @SecKennedy this is the thing you need to change. No health insurance should be able to deny the recommendation from a doctor. All treatments should be covered if recommended. If you can change this, you would be a hero to our nation.

@WyrdGrl Yeah they also don't cover detransition care. Meaning, if a girl was put on T as a child to try to become a boy, insurance pays for that, but when she realizes she was groomed and has health problems because of it, they won't cover treatment for that.

It's all in how the doctors code medications. The doctor needs to recode the request and send it back in. It's that simple. I personally know too many women taking testosterone and none of them have ever been denied. She needs to see a hormone specialist. Or she has horrible insurance coverage.

🌟 If your testosterone is nearly zero, you’re missing out — big time. 🌟 Low testosterone in women is harmful. You can lose sex drive, energy, strength, and your sense of self. ✅ Benefits of restoring testosterone •Revived sex drive 🔥 •More strength & better bones 💪 •Clearer mind & better mood 🧠 •More energy & vitality ⚡ ⚠️ The problem: insurance Many plans deny coverage for women, saying testosterone is only for men or gender transition — even if labs show a real deficiency. This is wrong. Women with documented low testosterone deserve treatment. 💡 What to do: •Get morning lab tests showing deficiency •Have your doctor write a Letter of Medical Necessity •Check policy for off-label exclusions •File an appeal using your labs + doctor’s letter •Consider HRT specialists experienced with women 💬 Bottom line: Low testosterone in women is a real medical issue, not a gender question. You deserve care and fairness — don’t settle for feeling less.

This right here is clown-world medicine. A woman can’t get testosterone because her body naturally needs it to function, but if she lies and says she’s a man, boom—instant coverage, rainbow stamp of approval. The system doesn’t care about health anymore; it cares about ideology. You can mutilate yourself and call it “progress,” but if you just want your hormones balanced, they tell you to go screw yourself. This isn’t healthcare—it’s a religion where science bows to politics. They’re literally rewarding delusion and punishing biology. America didn’t lose its mind—it sold it to Big Pharma and the gender cult.

“You're not entitled to get what you want. I love you. You're entitled to earn what you're willing to go work for. And that's true in our families, in our parenting, in our marriage, in our companies, in society. If we want it, go earn it. If that's positivity, have positivity. I think and I am a positive person. I am jacked. I am excited. Obviously, you can feel my energy through technology here, I hope. Frankly, think positive people just need to get a lot stronger. I really do. I mean, I don't want to call them weak because people hear that differently but it kind of is. Look, if you want that positivity to stick, you’ve got to get tougher. Not sacrifice your love and your care and your empathy, but you got to get tough. And then we have to figure out how to love the people who are cynical because I don't think there's a ton of bad people in the world and I don't think there's a ton of bad people on teams. But I do think there are people who've been burned out. I do think there are people who have been through things in their lives. They've been through things in their company. They're experiencing stuff somewhere else. For whatever reason, they just kind of got run down and cynical and negative, or whatever. Or they're just wired a little different than we are. And I don't to hate on those people. I want to win those people. They don't have to be like me. They don't have to have my energy. But I want those people on my team. I want to love those people. And if eventually they choose that they don't believe in the same things that I believe in, I want to make it really clear and obvious that they don't want to be on this team because we're not about that. You know what I'm saying? I want it to be very easy, obvious, that, ‘Hey I should not be on this team. Because this team is full of very positive people who have great energy and talk to people, not about them.’ And we solve problems. We don't complain. We don't get defensive. We're real. I recognize I'm imperfect and I'm vulnerable to show you that about me. I want to be on that kind of a team. And if there's somebody who doesn’t believe in that stuff, I want to make it really easy for them to say, ‘Look, I don't want to be on this team. I don't wanna live like you guys live. I don't want do what you guys do.’ And then I really hope that that person leaves us and goes and joins our competitor.”

This is actually what I wanted to share: I lived in this pit for years, YEARS I tried to clean/keep up with what I could, but anybody who's in a similar situation will understand how impossible it is to clean/counter roommates who actively work against you. If they want to be dirty... it's near impossible to counter it. Living in this environment, especially so long, was incredibly embarrassing and horrific for my mental health. The minute I moved to my new home and finally had a clean place to live in, I instantly felt my self esteem rise inherently. I never even realized how much living in shit made me feel like *I* was shit. I wanted to show and share this experience for those who are in a similar situation. This was a horrible, long term torturous experience for me. Yall have no idea the things I've seen and went through just being in this house. I feel so angry for the years that I had to go through this (because I have nowhere else to go) and how sad it makes me that my own family is living in this way and doesn't want to get better about it. I really tried to help them get better about it but it was clear there was no interest. I will still get sad and depressed about myself... in fact I already have been even in my new beautiful home. A shiny room can't make my internal depression magically go away but... NOT living THERE sure helps. If you have and especially are going through something similar, just know you are not alone in that experience. :(

Rick Rubin tells Andrew Huberman how he deals with creative or writer’s block. He treats his work like a diary entry (and doesn’t worry about internal or external judgment): ➡️ “What's the cause of the block? The block is usually something that's either personal ("I'm not good enough") or it can be a confidence issue ("I don't have anything to say") or it could be...thinking about someone else ("nobody's going to like what I make"). Do you know what I'm saying? So, it's either fear of self-judgment or external judgment. If you're making something with a freedom of "this is something I'm making for myself for now", that is all [you have to do]. It is a diary entry. Everything I make is a diary entry. The beauty of a diary entry is that I can write my diary entry and you can't tell me that my diary entry wasn't good enough. Or that [the diary entry] is not what I experienced. Of course it's what I experienced: I'm writing a personal diary for myself and no one else can judge if it is my experience of my life. Everything we make can be that: a personal reflection of who we are in that moment of time. It doesn't have to be the greatest you could ever do. It doesn't have to have any expectation that it's going to change the world. It doesn't have to sell a certain number of copies for any reason. It doesn't have any of those things at all. It is "I'm making this thing for me and I want to do it to the best of my ability and to where I feel good about it". [The work] is honest of where I'm at and if you're living in this world of just being honest to where you're at, there's nothing blocking you. There are no blocks. The blocks are all based on dealing with a different force or a different perception that is made up.” ⬅️

Board Certified OBGYN exposes what they must go through just to get one prescription approved by health insurance companies “This is what doctors are dealing with in 2025. So my patient needs a medication, an indicated medication for her condition. So I send the prescription to the commercial pharmacy - The pharmacist tells me that this medication needs a prior authorization and sends me a fax with a 1-800 number - The 1-800 number leads me to a pharmacy benefit manager that wants to ask my npi, my date of birth, the patient's information, what kind of the prescription is, how long do they need it for. Only to tell me at the end of the phone call that I actually have to call the patient's insurance company to authorize the prior authorization for the needed medication - So I call the patient's insurance company and once again, I have to verify my information, the patient's information, the prescription information, what the patient needs it for, only for the insurance company to tell me that this is not how they do prior authorization - So they're going to have to fax me some forms that I'm not allowed to do a prior authorization on the phone - So then the fax comes through and I fill it all out. The patient's information, my information, my npi, what the prescription is, how long they need it for, clinical documentation. And now we sit and wait and see if the powers that be think that the patient actually needs the medication” “I went to school. I went to undergraduate medical school, 4 years of OBGYN residency, then went back and did an integrative medicine fellowship, all for these people to dictate how my patient gets cared for. Please know that your healthcare providers are fighting for you day in and day out on things we don't get reimbursed for.” US Healthcare Insurance executives need to be thrown in prison for what they’ve done to our healthcare system

"And so sometimes like God speaks to me, I think primarily God speaks through me through action. And I think he speaks through everyone through action. You know, we like to talk a lot, but not a lot of people like to live it out. And I make mistakes, but I want to try to live it out to the best of my ability. I think secondly, through the way of communication, I've always had a heart to make complex ideas simpler to understand because I'm not a smart guy. I have a hard time reading Shakespeare and complex literature, so I like doing that. But sometimes I'll be sitting and talking with someone, and I feel like God tells me something about the person. They're struggling with something or if they've got a physical ailment and I'll ask. And sometimes it's true. Sometimes it's not. I'm not not discouraged if it's right or wrong, but if it's right, sometimes God speaks through that way. Those are a few ways God speaks through me, but, but the intrusive thing is so beautiful because I think he can speak to everyone intrusively and it is so sweet when it happens. And it was, it was happening this morning to me in the shower, which is so sweet and beautiful, you know. I struggle a lot with what people think about me because I've always struggled with people pleasing before being a Christian. And so, you know, if I'm misunderstood or someone takes something in the way that I didn't say it, I get hurt because I'm like, oh, I didn't mean it that way. Or, you know, whatever. So I'm kind of talking to Jesus and I'm in the shower praying and I'm going, man, God, I want to be more like you. I want to be how you want me to be. I want to love you. And I want to be your son. And I just want to focus on being yours. And I don't want to care what other people think. And this, this and that. And Jesus was speaking to me about some practical things I needed to do. Like it would help you if you, you know, stopped looking at what people say online. It would help if you deleted Instagram. And it would help if you did this. And, it would help if you would just trust other people to do what they're supposed to do. So you can focus on being mine. And I'm sitting there in the shower going like, wow, this is so good. This needs immediate attention American Surgeon Dr Elizabeth Potter blowing the whistle on a new bill Congress just put out The new bill takes away insurance companies liability to have to pay for breast cancer reconstructive surgery on all high risk prevention patients “There is a bill that has been introduced in Congress that, on the outside, looks like it might be a really good thing for the patients that I care for, for patients affected by breast cancer. But on the inside, there's some real problems with it, and I need your help in raising awareness about that. So when I see a patient who has breast cancer or a risk of breast cancer, there's one thing that I always say to them, and it's so important. It's that the Women's Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 guarantees that if their insurance company covers their mastectomy, they have to cover their reconstruction. So as you can imagine, when women hear that, they're so relieved, right? They're like, "Okay, I have to lose my breast, but I'm gonna be able to have reconstruction." That all changes “The number one thing is that previously in the Women's Health and Cancer Rights Act, coverage for all breast reconstruction really hinged on one thing, and that was if your insurance covers your mastectomy, they have to cover your reconstruction. When I read this new bill, I looked for that, and what I saw was that they had changed that fundamental thing. They changed that to say now reconstruction hinges on a diagnosis of breast cancer. That may sound similar, but that means that all of our patients with BRCA1 and BRCA2, all of our patients with other high risk for breast cancer, they would not have coverage for breast reconstruction under this new act, and there's no other thing that's providing coverage. So this new amendment would remove coverage for breast reconstruction for all of those patients” The bill limits coverage to those with a formal breast cancer diagnosis (excluding high-risk preventive cases like BRCA1/2 mutations) and tying reimbursements to outdated CPT codes instead of modern ones (like S codes for muscle-sparing reconstructions).

🔥 Why Your GUT Could Be Killing Your TESTOSTERONE …Without You Even Knowing Most MEN have wrong thinking about low testosterone… Which is… Low testosterone is all about workouts, supplements, or aging. But in reality, The main problem often starts in your gut. You could eat “healthy” all day, Follow every fad diet, And still struggle… Because “healthy” isn’t enough. Your body NEEDS the right balance of macronutrients To function properly and produce testosterone efficiently. Here’s the process… 1️⃣ CARBS aren’t the enemy: Cutting them for too long can actually lower your testosterone. 2️⃣ PROTEIN is essential: It works best when balanced with carbs. 3️⃣ FATS matter: Focus on the right types; too much, or the wrong kind, can hurt digestion, disrupt hormones, and decrease testosterone. It sounds complicated, but it doesn’t have to be. When you UNDERSTAND how to combine carbs, protein, and healthy fats properly, your gut thrives, and your testosterone naturally rises. This isn’t guesswork… It's science, and it’s surprisingly simple once you know the rules. The problem is most people don’t know the rules… And that’s why they stay stuck. 💡 The good news… I’ve created a complete guide that shows exactly What to EAT, Which fats to CHOOSE, And how to BALANCE your macronutrients for optimal testosterone All while keeping your gut healthy. If you’re ready to finally take control of your hormones and feel like yourself again, Dm me the word “TESTOSTERONE” or let a comment on this video, and I’ll send you the guide. Your body and your gut… Will THANK you.

💬 minghao i want to watch you ski 🎱 how do i put it.. these past few years i feel like i cherish my life more. like previously, those bungee jumping, parachuting/skydiving, i wanted to try them. but really as i grow older, for adventurous things, things that are life-threatening, gradually i will try not to do them. my work intensity is already so demanding. although i'm playful and like these kinds of challenging things, things that push the limits.. i feel like no matter what i do, what if i injure myself? and like with concerts, comebacks, and some schedules, i've already made my body so weak, and if i continue to do these extreme things, i'm afraid just suddenly.. right? maybe i might be okay but accidents, you'll never know where they'll come from. [giggles] so really, i feel that if you're still young and have dreams and have the things you want to do, at this moment, you have to do it. because when i was young, although i don't feel like i'm getting old nor feel like my age is too advanced, my mentality is still really youthful. the truth is i'm still not old. but for me previously, a few years ago, whenever i wanted to do something, i'd definitely do it, so as of now i don't have anything that i particularly regret. never feel like 'in the future/later when i'm so on and so forth then i'll do it', at this moment you want to do it, just go and do it. you want to meet anyone, you have to go and meet them. want to do anything, you have to go and do it.
