Okay, Ive understood this before but something new occurs to me. If they hold a reserve backing maybe 9x the money that they hold, where does the money they lent materialize from? Who gave them the authority to "generate" money outside of their possession for lending?
Yip, then they socialised the losses in 2008, by making citizens pay for the Money Lenders gambling. Fractional banking should be made illegal and then fractional banking with no gold peg is worse. This is why the 'empire' is collapsing. People have lost trust in US Bonds & USD.
