Okay. Sounds like Purgatory. I’m simpatico. But…how did the human refiner see his image in the silver? The analogy or metaphor breaks down for me unless there is an explanation of how the human sees himself. Does he see his reflection because all the impurities are burned away, thus the silver acts like a mirror?
