I don't like being pessimistic but in 2026 this could be faked in so many different ways e.g. AI. Also, what if it is something like Ozempic, which is unhealthy or at least not much evidence of long term safety.

He looked so sad, when he was big and so happy, when lost weight and gained fitness. It is very hard though to keep that shape, when you were overweight for all your life. Wish him, that he will be able to find his way and be happy in his life.

He’s flexing his stomach muscles. Lol I,m 58 3/4 here 3 1/2 months of injections on back, neck, nerves in shoulders , etc . No exercise let the body heal from 20+ hr days Trucking. I can do an hr of speed sit ups it I feel like it but rarely do. But I started working as a 3 yr old 7 days a week.
