Always lots to learn with any new technology, but sprayer drones are definitely making progress.

@FlyingAGUAV Looks like terrible coverage to be honest.

@FlyingAGUAV Droplet size is clearly set way too small In a breeze like that, you need a good adjuvant and 500 micron droplets.

@FlyingAGUAV Looks as if it is plenty windy for a drone

@FlyingAGUAV Mine. The smallest and I’m still knocking out 15 acres an hour by myself with no fancy trailer or anything. I compare it to a day of 8-row rotary hoeing in coverage.

@FlyingAGUAV I wish you’d show comparable footage of a ground rig applying 20 gal/ac at 80 psi with flat fans or twin jets in the same wind. Then you’d see it isn’t the drone. It’s the conditions and settings.

@FlyingAGUAV Drones are not immune to a poor operator. Should not be spraying in that wind, or need to adjust their settings.

@FlyingAGUAV Looks like a lot of drift

@FlyingAGUAV The trouble I have with the drones is the physics. They are very light, and because of that, compared to a full size aircraft, they have very little downward force to move the concentrate through the canopy. They have their uses, but I think it will be limited? JMO

@FlyingAGUAV Looks like huge potential for drift to me. Would be interested in more details about the spray pattern.

@FlyingAGUAV It can be infinitely adjusted, I agree I think some adjustments could be made.
