It’s the single largest on field cheating scandal (not involving gambling) in the history of college football. In any other era, when Michigan’s “brand” wasn’t worth so much money in TV rights, they’d have had 3 seasons vacated, a national championship vacated, lifetime bans for the coaches involved, and the “death penalty” applied to the program.
