Peeling a coconut efficiently does require a certain skill and technique. Coconuts have a tough outer husk that needs to be removed to access the delicious and nutritious flesh inside!

I counted over 40 cuts. The Indonesian in this video only needs around 12 cuts.

Gosh! She makes it seem so easy —- I would have lost my thumb for sure ! 😏
