They dont care. I managed a bath and body works an employee came to get me to help her with a customer. The customer a white woman saw me, then stood in line yelling “I don’t want her to help me I want the white girl” customers were shocked My employee told her I was the only one who could approve a discount the store wasn’t offering it at the time. She started asking her why she would even listen to me Finally customer said I could help her if I was going to give her the discount and I said “the white girl you so adamantly requested is doing a great job and can ring you up without the requested discount” This witch said “how dare you say that in front of my kids so they think I’m racist” 😩😭🤷🏽‍♀️
