Today, I urged the Senate to honor Oswaldo Payá by renaming the street outside the Cuban embassy in D.C. to “Oswaldo Payá Way.” Payá was a Cuban dissident who fought against the communist regime and was murdered for it. My resolution would honor him and force the operatives of the Cuban regime to say and write his name.
