Man this hits home. My last relationship she did just this. The kids where more important than me and my needs so she withdrew love. would give me crumbs and expect me to provide everything for everyone and never have anyone pour into me. I have so much more peace now. I will never give up this peace.

Wow. As a strong proponent of trad wives and following God’s design for marriage - this really hits home. I AM teaching my daughters to be worthy of the respect of a good man - just as I am teaching my sons to be worthy of that respect by being a good man. When done right, the male and the female are amazing together and lives flourish.
