What program do you use for 2D animate

Hey! Amazing work as always!! Could you explain what happens in the Composition phase? What is done there to move from ‘flats’ etc? And if possible point me in the direction of how could learn to do it? 🙏🏾 much appreciated!

when do you time things so perfectly well? is it all in the animatic phase or a bit later? or already in the storyboards? cos all the work i see you do the level of attention to timing on micro and macro scale is amazing
