Looks like pantry moths. Must have shopped at Walmart, your one stop shop for fruit flies, weevils and pantry moths.

Pack uo your dogs, Go to a motel. Then go to Wall Mart and get bug bomb spray cans. Systematically place the open cans in each room and let them bomb out. And leave the house till morning.
