It sure is. And as long as our tax dollars are given to them, they will gleefully continue to torture defenseless animals to achieve not one damn thing except to fill their pockets. If these “researchers” weren’t allowed to legally torture animals for fun, they’d all be serial killers or serving time for committing the felony of animal abuse. These are very, very sick people!
