We know your apartment has a creator only because we have countless examples of apartment buildings having creators. We can even go one step further and create our own structures to demonstrate the method. Yet we have no examples of a Universe having a creator nor can we demonstrate the creation of a universe ourselves. Its a horrible argument for God's existence.
