This is why the age of adult is just arbitrary made up by some 🤡, and everyone decide to go along with it.😮‍💨Just think, if you're old enough to fight & die for your country, then why aren't you old enough to have a fracking beer? Let that sink in..

100% correct. Imagine...being sent to die by people that yiu cant vote for and probably have never served. Make it make sense.

I used to think former Gov. Jesse Ventura was a nut case... I was wrong. He is a common sense man that understands our US Government and its workings better than anyone.

“We send children to war” because they’re too immature to figure out the sanctity of life, including their own.

POW mother fuckers. How refreshing that was to hear. Generation’s of young men gave their lives so you MAGAts can sell our country out for the Orange Jesus.

He speaks the truth. My father was an 18 yr old Marine in Korea. So was my 18 yr old Army vet bud who fought in Korea. So was I when I graduated Marine Corps Boot Camp 50 years ago when I was an 18 yr old kid. Yup. We send our children to wars to fight & die. What's up with that?

Government taking advantage of young, strong, naive men putting them at grave risk but not treating them back home with the respect they deserve.

He’s full of shit. The minimum drinking age didn’t change from 18 to 21 until 1984 with the minimum drinking age act. Vietnam was over by 1975.

By mandate of law, those who start wars should be the first to be sent to fight them; the job of every politician is supposed to be to avoid conflicts, not to create them. When their financiers play at war, it is the people—those who voted for them—who pay the consequences.

Ventura enlisted @ 18 (1969). During a deployment, he turned 20 (July 1971) &returned home shortly after-still 20. Minnesota's drinking age was 21 then, so he couldn't buy beer despite serving. He turned 21 in July 1972. About 35 States disallowed drinking until 21 at the time.

And he made a boatload of money off of the SEAL name in movies, WWE, and elected Governor. Did he change anything when he was elected Governor. Not really. The guy is a blow hard to stay relevant. It's all about him in his mind.

That war WAS a modern day version of The Children's Crusade in the Middle Ages. Those demented fucks reasoned that the Almighty would surely back an army of Christian kids. Wrong. The average age of Americans sent there was 19. And priests sprinkled holy water on helicopters.

He has a point...and sadly it has gotten worse. Legally most people are not considered adults past 25 for most services. So we have a huge problem where we pushed back rules and consideration of responsibility in our society...but we ask our children to sacrifice everything.

His cheese slid right off the cracker years ago. I used to like this guy. Tabs were much cheaper when he was governor of Minnesota. I also have every episode of Jesse Ventura's conspiracy theory. Many people have never heard of it. For anyone interested, you can watch some full episodes on Rumble 17kek.

He's the reason I registered Reform at 18. Like Jedi Mind Trick says in the song "..bitches and guns, this is every mans dream, I don't want to go home where I'm just an ordinary human being..." It's sad. But that's why they recruit 17 and 18 year olds.
