Do ppl not understand ice and water displacement? The large cup has way more ice in it and way more than Starbucks would ever use. How are ppl this easily swayed by nonsense?

Americans seeing the laws of physics for the first time at age 20.

That’s why you always ask for no ice.

It's almost as if ice is made out of liquid that becomes part of the drink when it melts.

How they look when you ask for no ice.

Black Friday Deal Is A Scam 🤷🏻♂️😂

He has used warm water. It melts the ice in the 1st cup, creating more liquid water to transfer to the 2nd cup. Look at the amount of ice in the small cup, before, and after the blue liquid is poured. The extra liquid is the melted ice transferring to the 2nd cup. Thats the scam!

Yall know what ice is made of right?

Scam of the Year 😆😂

He let the ice melt in the first one before pouring it into the second. He stalled as long as he could before pouring. And then surprise, the next pour happened much sooner and now there is a difference. On top of that, meassuring the difference between the cups in the height the liquid reaches is very misleading. a small increase in diameter increases the volume by a lot.

Tell them no ice when you order, number 1. Number 2, if you buy their overpriced crap, you deserve to be scammed.

No Starbucks recipe fills the whole cup to the brim with ice except a double shot over ice which melts as the espresso pours over it. I hate that people who fall for crap like this are allowed to vote. It’s a measure scoop added after measured liquid ingredients.

Fine dining is a scam

It’s the same thing with a small fry and a large fry at McDonalds

Tell me you never graduated elementary school without telling me

Displacement 101. Crows understand it but muppets who go to star bucks are too stupid.

If that worked, they could show it without ice in the cup, but obviously it doesn’t work.

Simpletons are just discovering Archimedes principles

That being said, the liquid made some of the ice melt in the small glass which transferred to the next glass, ice melted in that glass which also transferred to the big glass. Next time start with the same measurement that you know fills up the small cup, but don't transfer it... use new fresh water for each class, you'll get a different result.

All you’re doing is adding more ice as the cups get bigger so I liquid just fills in the gaps of the cup. No magic or trick just common sense. Now do it without ice.

Pakistan has its own Trump: " A Pakistani lookalike of Donald Trump sells ice cream on the street and has already become a local star due to his resemblance to the politician.

Simple solution, don't go to Starbucks.

If you don’t understand how ice works you deserve to be scammed.

Don't Starbucks baristas add the drink to one of those lines, add milk to a different line (if you have that), then add ice at the end? Why are you doing it wrong?

Easy fix. If you buy a Starbucks cold drink, ask for no Ice, then asks for a cup of ice on the side.🤔

Pouring boiling water on that apple is what made the spot turn greenish. It cooked it. Takes the color out.

The ice melts creating more liquid you dumbass

Yeah, that's 7th grade math we had in 1978 ... you know, when kids could actually learn how to calculate the volume of an ice cube. Sadly, the vast majority of high school graduates can't even come close to doing this calculation nor read. US has become a sheeple factory.

I would like a before and after weight on that ice because some definitely melted.

This is what happens when Not Science is taught in school. Am I the only one who learned about displacement in school?

ICE in any drink is the best American scam
