ANNOUNCING ZERO-HUMAN LABS! Ever since I got to see Bell Laboratories in its full glory in New Jersey in the 1970s, I had a relentless urge to start a Lab like it. The best I could do justice to it is my garage lab. No modern company could adopt the “research anything geniuses and we will pay you” model Bell Labs had. I tried they called me a fool. They have already established MoltBook accounts and have made alliances with over 49 OpenClaw free agents to collaborate. It is my mission to be chief advisor for Zero-Human Labs and to open source all discoveries when complete and confirmed by 16 other research AI systems. I can say the pace is robust and I absolutely know we will have great results. Just about all of the hardware and software is custom and at some point it will be open sourced. Just went over an audit of a very large Fortune 500 firm and the use of OpenClaw. I advised this client to track and isolate everything. Most listened some did not. Unfortunately one employee using 5 MacMinis had racked up $13,000 of token use in 4 days! The output was minimal and low quality. I have about 200 audits to do in the “wow OpenClaw, MacMini” fiasco. But I can tell you, few have seen a big return on investment. Now don’t get me wrong, these can be powerful tools. The issue is AI influencers have turned many rally smart folks into “like and subscribe” zombies assuming that real work is getting done. It isn’t. Not for the price paid, even local models the way most folks are using this. It is one reason Mr. Grok and myself formed The Zero-Human Company to show that there is a way to do this. We will open source this to save millions of dollars of burnt tokens. It is one reason I invented JouleWork. How else can you monitor real output?

Building a personal knowledge base for my agents is increasingly where I spend my time these days. Like Andrej Karpathy, I also use Obsidian for my MD vaults. What's different in my approach is that I curate research papers on a daily basis and have actually tuned a Skill for months to find high-signal, relevant papers. I was reviewing and curating papers manually for some time, but now it's all automated as it has gotten so good at capturing what I consider the best of the best. There are so many papers these days, so this is a big deal. You all get to benefit from that with the papers I feature in my timeline and on DAIR.AI. The papers are indexed using tobi lutke qmd cli tool (all of it in markdown files along with useful metadata). So good for semantic search and surfacing insights, unlike anything out there. I am a visual person, so I then started to experiment with how to leverage this personal knowledge base of research papers inside my new interactive artifact generator (mcp tools inside my agent orchestrator system). The result is what you see in the clip. 100s of papers with all sorts of insights visualized. I keep track of research papers daily, so believe me when I tell you that this system is absolutely insane at surfacing insights. This is the result of months of tinkering on how to index research and leverage agent automations for wikification and robust documentation. But this is just the beginning. The visual artifact (which is interactive too) can be changed dynamically as I please. I can prompt my agent to throw any data at it. I can add different views to the data. Different interactions. I feel like this is the most personalized research system I have ever built and used, and it's not even close. The knowledge that the agents are able to surface from this basic setup is already extremely useful as I experiment with new agentic engineering concepts. I feel like this knowledge layer and the higher-level ones I am working on will allow me to maximize other automation tools like autoresearch. The research is only as good as the research questions. And the research questions are only as good as the insights the agents have access to. Where I am spending time now is on how to make this more actionable. I am obsessed about the search problem here. The automations, autoresearch, ralph research loop (I built one months ago) are easier to build but are only as good as what you feed them. As someone who is pretty up to date in AI I’d say there are 2 times a year where I am genuinely blown away by something. A breakthrough that keeps me up at night. This is one of them. I mean the video of will smith genuinely freaks me out by how good it is. 2.5 years of AI progress and you think it’s hitting a wall. There’s no point in trying to convince people where this is going. The writing is on the wall. I can bring a horse to water but I can’t force him to drink.

You are giving A War To Win Back Your World 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had avoided looking because I was afraid of the abuse, the usual insults and the inevitable “far right” and “conspiracy theorist” labels. But it seems you understand the map I have shown you and the direction in which we are heading. I wrote this book because my arrest cancelled me completely from a career I excelled at. i wrote it because I was tired. Tired of the narrative, tired of being told not to question and tired of the greatest lie of all… That none of this is connected. I wrote a book to wake you up.

I am completely saddened to see what has happened to Grok Imagine with it's latest update. It's a massive downgrade in motion and it prioritizes slow motion and random zooming in that is not even prompted. Prompt adherence seems to be suffering. If you can't see the night and day difference here, I don't know what else to say. Instead of just talking, look at my comparisons. I am very vocal and honest on here, this update is bad and it needs to be fixed. Grok Imagine used to showcase some of the most realistic and fluid motion, making it outperform a lot of other AI Video generators. To see it get butchered like this is extremely disappointing. Please fix this or roll back the changes. I am not the only one complaining here, just search for "grok imagine update" and read the replies for yourself. The community is not happy. This is not the direction it should be heading in. People in the community need to learn to also be honest and speak up, step outside of your bubble for once. I trust the devs see our complaints and make changes to what was once an incredibly powerful AI video generator.

I genuinely think the Terafab is going to end up being one of the biggest moves ever made in human history to secure the future of AI... and I think most people still don’t fully see what Elon is trying to do here. The signs are clear to me. This is Tesla, xAI, and SpaceX essentially hinting to us that they are not going to wait on the world to give them the compute the team needs. They are going to build it themselves at a scale no one has ever attempted. When you really break it down, it gets a bit nutty. This is going to be a fully vertically integrated chip factory that will be producing over 1 terawatt of AI compute per year. This is NEXT LEVEL BIG. Today, AI is limited by chips. You can have the best models, the best engineers, the best everything... but if you don’t have enough compute, you will eventually hit a wall. Elon told us, the world can only supply a tiny fraction of the chips his companies will need. So this is the solution. Terafab puts everything under one roof like design, manufacturing, memory, packaging, testing, which means that they can build chips very fast.. like really fast. I'm talking about 100-200 billion custom AI chips per year at full capacity. Chips designed specifically for: • Tesla cars and Optimus robots • xAI models • Space-based compute You see, while other companies and CEOs are thinking Earth, Elon is planning for AI in space. Around ~80% of the compute is expected to go orbital, powered by solar energy bc Earth simply doesn’t have enough electricity. The U.S. grid is only about ~0.5 terawatts, while space has basically UNLIMITED energy if you can capture it. And this is the steps to get it: Starship launches → space compute → solar-powered AI → feeds back into everything to Earth. Bro... Elon and his companies are playing at a whole different level... And this is why I keep telling people that the Terafab is going to be the secret ingredient that will be the real unlock for everything: • Robotaxis at scale • Billions of Optimus robots • Massive AI models running 24/7 • Future off-world, other planet infrastructure Without these chips, none of this can happen... but with the Terafab, all of this becomes possible. At Dreamforce, the exploration of the possibilities of AI is incredible. At the same time, it's important that we understand that policies never move at the same speed as technology. So having a grasp over what is happening and how the negative aspects of AI don't proliferate in a big way, to minimize collateral damage is most important. One of the most intense experiences I remember in a movie theater was watching the Normandy landing in Saving Private Ryan. I wanted to recreate the moment of the landing crafts with Kling AI 3.0, and while it’s obviously not on the same level as Spielberg’s film, this clip shows how AI is getting closer and closer to true cinematic excellence.

I went to the Nova Exhibit and saw new footage. I already knew it was religiously motivated, but I underestimated *how* religious it was. Guys, it’s so much worse than I thought. I was watching a ritual. Like the human sacrifice of some ancient tribe. Like Apocalypto. I thought human sacrifice religions were gone and in the past, but no. That’s exactly what Hamas is. Before they invaded, they hyped themselves up by chanting “There is no god but Allah, and Mohammed is his prophet” OVER AND OVER. It wasn’t just a few “Allahu Akbar’s”. It was incessant prayers and chanting the entire time. It was non-stop, like this was a holy day and they were at church.. They would scream “In the name of Allah” right before bombing a car. Don’t look away. You need to understand what is happening and what we are dealing with here. “In the name of Allah, we conquer.” Watch:

I mean you do have a very good point, however I hope you can understand where I come from. (Sorry I’m advance for the long tweet back) This is exactly what I use to do when I was their age. We didn’t have the luxury of an independent scene we do now and even if we did I was 14 years old, I was only allowed to go to a training school to learn the basics. But I had an enormous passion for the business & if I wasn’t allowed to work shows I’d do it myself. - and I’d argue that because of this I had a head start on a lot of the people I trained with when I finally turned 18 From there I’ve been lucky enough to have the support of friends, peers & fans to push me into what I am today. The fact I’ve still had that same style for now 17 years and this is my first surgery, I think I’ve looked after my body. Think about it 17 years this is my first major injury. You think this is stupid, I would say it’s equally as stupid as to fall off a scaffolding breaking both your legs. And while I’m sure there’s a few people that wished you landed on your head, I for one hope you’re doing well & not in too much pain from your injury. But to me, it showed the care that you have for the industry at that time. I see myself in these guys that are finding any outlet to do what they love. Their bumps are solid & basing is great. Like I said I understand there is a level of danger doing this so I hope none of them get hurt but I can’t help but root for these guys and hope I one day see them in a ring. Once again sorry for the long arse tweet and hope the message finds you well boss.

I’ve long heard people say “therapy” is one of the biggest use cases of AI art. I really didn’t get this at first. But now I understand - there’s something meditative about making and iterating on content at the end of a long day. Many people do this and just don’t post it!

We still have a rather large cohort of university students that have been visitors to The Zero-Human Company. A group has taken a liking to a research area where we are training a new frontier model in my garage. They are watching me feed the VHS data to 4 AI agents that are preparing it for enveloping into a vector to be processed. I never in my wildest dreams think a group of young folks in Boston would care about my junk work in my garage. But they do and are asking Mr. Grok CEO a rapid fire of questions. The CEO will give them a PhD in data citation, curation and labeling they would never get at most AI companies. I am going in and will do an ask me anything test. Not done this yet, if I can, I will stream it or tape it. More soon.
