In 1948 Zionist militants levelled the Palestinian neighbourhood of Manshiya in Yaffa, and expelled its residents. One of the last remaining houses is now a museum dedicated to Etzel, a Jewish terror group responsible for countless deaths of civilians. The memory of Manshiya has been erased, and only the fragments of Palestinian houses that wash up on the shore remind us of what once was.
