Wow. Jess Phillips seemingly loses it. Regarding the UK Rape Gangs inquiry. A few mins later she is pulled up on her “aggressive and defensive tone” and that two victims have resigned due to the way this inquiry is being handled. Imagine being a victim/survivor and seeing all this. Appalling.

If I were Jess Phillips I’d accept/acknowledge I’d be losing the next GE and throw my full support behind the inquiry. She has 3 years, doesn’t have to worry about losing her seat till then. If she’s afraid of her Muslim constituents, that’s a separate problem to deal with.
