Chief Minister Omar Abdullah questions the entitlement of the senior BJP leader Dr Darakhshan Andrabi (Chairperson J&K Wakf) as "Minister of State" in Jammu and Kashmir. According to him, she has been appointed Chairperson Wakf under the Central Wakf Act but given the status and protocol of MoS in J&K without the existence of such a provision in the laws governing the Union Territory.
