Back then there was some institutional racism going on there because wrighty deserved to be in those squads from 90-95 he was the best striker in the country the England back then just couldn’t be seen to have a black player of his personality spearhead this country.

Wright was short changed for England how on earth did he not make euro 92 and 96.

We the public knows the reason.. wrong shade😑

The environment has only really started to change since Southgate took over to a certain extent! Black players becoming England poster boys. Black players have only ever been afforded the water carrier roles for England! That’s why I only started supporting them recently!

You talk about stop playing the race card all you want the truth is England always has to have a white poster boy spearheading the countries challenge no matter what. They can be as average as a Gary lineker but if they are white they are a nailed on!

Neville seems to have forgotten how to count past five

Keane listening to that. He went home from a world cup lol 😆😆

Ian wright was such an underrated player its crazy

We know why we just don't say it.

Ian Wright would have led the line for ease in any other period. Such a talented player. He was just unfortunate that there was such fierce competition when he was in his prime.

Fvck Gary Neville. The Abercrombie will live forever.

So do I

Get Gary Neville off my screen

We kno y!

Problem is England had so many good strikers. Teddy, Shearer, Ferdinand, Fowler, Owen, Wright. Imagine if England had that many good strikers now. They only have 1 better than those players now and that is Kane. Most of them walk into the current squad.

Another wrighty sob story
