Either making where to cancel hidden or magical “errors” when pressing cancel followed by “please contact customer service”. This is a tactic to get people not to cancel due to the hassle and inconvenience of having to contact customer service. There is a local company called “The Buffalo News” that does this exact same thing. I’ve tried canceling every day this week as well as contacted customer service, shockingly I haven’t heard anything back and each day get the same error. Gimme a call I’ll give you the hot story!
