Celtic sea salt is the best. This is bullshit.

It is not BS. They do have lead and arsenic in them.

Damn. Everywhere you turn you’re being poisoned.

That’s a fact

Good grief! I use Celtic sea salt and Himalayan pink salt. Would have been helpful if they had just told us what was safe!

That would ruin their plan of killing us. You know to keep us sick and dependent on Big Pharma

Yep! Even so called “healthy” foods are poisoned. I give up!😡

My question is what salt are we supposed to use cause I use all of those to a degree.

That I don’t know. I have to see if that is true first

@Freedomnow25 I wonder who put that out.

@Freedomnow25 TikTok

I use this one

Absolute bullshit, I only eat Celtic and Baja gold. I did a metals test and was below reportable range. Even Gary Brecka endorses Baja Gold.

find out who paid for the video

This is also citing California and current established medical guidelines which don’t have any basis in reality. Redmond and Celtic are the safest. Wonder if Morton paid for the info in the post?? 🧂

Redmonds Salt is the best. Mined here in America

Celtic salt. Easy breezy!

I use Celtic salt and Redmonds

As long as this is naturally occurring and you are ingesting it orally, I truly believe it’s fine. I think INJECTING heavy metals, where the body can’t naturally rid itself of the toxin is where the problem is.

I want to get a testing kit & test the salt I have myself if there is such a test.

I seen a video of a mother testing Cheerios for the lead content, which is extremely high

Thanks

The guy couldn’t even pronounce Baja correctly. I call BS. Most of these are probably safer than depriving your body of the needed salts.

Show me the receipts. Shit ton of PsyOps. Not accepting a fake voice video with clips of various products as facts. DYOR. Be not deceived! Research Research Research. It is out there.

If you care about your health, skip the trendy salts. Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt is the cleanest, safest, and most consistent salt for everyday cooking. Here’s why: Most “natural” salts — like Himalayan pink, Celtic sea salt, Redmond Real Salt, and Baja Gold — have tested positive for lead, arsenic, or other heavy metals in independent lab tests. Even small amounts of these metals can build up in your body over time. You won’t taste them, but they’re there — and they stay there. Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt: ✅ Contains no additives ✅ Is not iodized ✅ Has no detectable lead or arsenic ✅ Is trusted in professional kitchens ✅ Gives clean flavor and consistent results Skip the hype. Don’t season your food with toxic minerals just because the label says “natural.” Diamond Crystal is the smarter, safer choice.

Just die. It's the healthiest thing out there apparently

Aren’t you a little smart ass !

My thought exactly. Tells us all the shit that’s harmful, but doesn’t land on one that is safe?!? I actually use that Celtic sea salt, the second one that was shown in that segment. That’s actually mine in France. Where the hell is this lead coming from? Is it not a naturally occurring substance in the Earth when it’s being mined? I can’t imagine them putting lead in with their products.

Don’t believe everything you see on the internet! That’s my advice. Your body will tell you all you need to know.

Iodine! Use salt w iodine !

@smootchieQ I take a iodine supplement

Baja Gold.

Redman’s real salt comes from the great Salt Lake in Salt Lake City, Utah. You can’t convince me that that stuff is bad.

Can you do one we can use damn it

The two of the videos salt- flour I use. I guess they are going to get us on way or another.

If you believe this go eat pop tart

Tamara Rubin is Lead Safe Mama, highly respected.

This is the one we use.

Well dang it all. According to Grok it’s true regarding Redmond’s Sea Salt. 😲

ConclusionByproduct of Source: For salts like Himalayan Pink Salt, Celtic Sea Salt, and Redmond Real Salt, the heavy metals are primarily a byproduct of the source, either from natural geological deposits or environmental pollution in the water sources. Added During Manufacturing: In the case of Morton's Kosher Salt, the sodium ferrocyanide is intentionally added during manufacturing as an anti-caking agent, though it is not a heavy metal itself but a compound that contains cyanide, which can be mistakenly associated with heavy metal toxicity. Therefore, the heavy metals in these salts are more likely a byproduct of the source (environmental and geological factors) rather than being added during manufacturing, except for the specific case of sodium ferrocyanide in Morton's Kosher Salt, which is an additive but not a heavy metal.

I’ve started using this salt and it’s pretty good. It’s stronger than normal salt though

Nordur Icelandic Salt

It's all a lie. All salt is good for you. It helps you from dehydrating. They just don't want you healthy. When you go to the hospital. What do they give you? Saline solution water and salt. You're body needs a lot of salt and they know it.

I’ma screwed!! Salt-a-holic!

Vera Salt 👍
