How is a birth certificate given in the first place. What do they see in a new born to declare that the infant is a male or a female?. The most populous country in the world has far greater issues to concentrate on rather than this.

If gender is not absolute but a notion, a biological man, with notion as a woman, can claim a job reserved for women. After getting the job, ofcourse "he" can discard notion as woman and revert back to biological man & keep the job... Wonderful 😅
