There's no need to compare these two. Both are wrong for different reasons. AB should not be competing against/with girls. Also. Adams should have been DQed (though I'd argue DQing her from future events of the day was excessive.)

Absolutely. If she broke a rule, tell her to not do it again and suspend her for the next race. Don't take away a win she just earned fair & square. This whole debacle just makes it seem like they see girls as an inconvenience to their own sport.
