A viral video shows a man backing the vehicle over the operator’s head and torso while a woman is heard shouting “hurry up.”  The operator suffered non-critical injuries including arm pain, severe head abrasions, and had to be shaken to keep him conscious.  The driver, identified as Nicholas Wray, 34, and accomplice Brandi Revels, 27, were arrested and charged with aggravated assault. Wray was held on a $60,000 bond and Revels on $15,000. First rule of repossession... If the owner appears... LEAVE THE THING ALONE. You can't win that battle without a cop to control the scene... so don't risk your ass over a vehicle you can get later when the owner ain't looking.

This is why you don’t repossess a car with the owner in it.

This one is standard around New Orleans. They've got to drag it around to the highway and hook up. No way to have time with a flatbed for repossessions in high-crime areas.

This is so stupid on so many levels! It’s lucky this man didn’t lose his life! Because when you seen him get in the car why still try to hook it up!

Stupid decisions where mad by both parties here. Risking your life like that and adding more debt & jail time for a car they will eventually take anyway.

I know I shouldn't laugh but I found that s*** funny as hell. You knew what was coming as soon as that guy got in his car in the repo man stuck his damn head underneath the car to hook it up. That's like walking in front of moving traffic to stop a car and expecting them to stop.

Ngl. If I see somebody get in they car im not gonna be petty enough to try to hurry up and chain the car and thats exactly why what happened happened. Do your job but be safe doing it.... it aint that serious trynna take people shit and life already hard enough
