Why is the semi camping in the passing lane?

It's on a grade, poor decision from the should be passing truck. Know your truck's limits lol that logging truck knows its limits, and how bills get paid!!

I get that semis don't like to slow down for the hill that's coming up but there is nothing more frustrating than being stuck behind two semis drag racing each other up the only passing lane for 10 km. This is a very common occurrence in BC.

Truck has a 100kph speed limiter. The dash cam is IN THE WRONG!
