To top it off, there was a student ARRESTED with a firearm at a bus stop earlier in the day. Whatever has PLAGUED our schools has to be STOPPED. Since when did this become acceptable? NYC’s budget gap is $5.4 billion. Mamdani’s plan was to tax those earning over $1 million. Albany blocked it. His fallback: a 9.5% property tax hike — the first in nearly two decades — hitting over 3 million households and 100,000 commercial properties. High earners can establish residency in Florida or Texas and erase the tax liability entirely. Property owners can’t pick up the building and leave. That’s why the bill lands on the middle class. And why people who were already considering leaving now have one more reason to go.

High schooler speaks out against LGBTQIA+ 'indoctrination' that is 'forced' on students Jace Svensk, a student at Osseo Senior High School, spoke to Liz Collin on her podcast about how he believes his classmates were "forced" to take part in an LGBTQIA+ lesson and how the school made an "error" when he attempted to opt out. Svensk told Collin that the school appears to be "more focused on identity politics and promoting these pride celebrations than they are actually teaching us." Some of you may wonder why this is all so personal for me. I married my high school sweetheart and he died on his 24th birthday after several deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. I lost my nursing career for refusing the vaccine. I’ve been banned on every platform. The comeback is personal and I’m here to take what’s mine. Whatever that is. God help me ❤️‍🩹
