I would not react in anyway negative. I wouldnt say anything to her. Just laugh, cut of the rest, pack my stuff and leave "calmly". I would then cut her off and everyone else like her. I would make a 5 year plan on where I want to be then reverse engineer that plan to figure out my next steps then start stepping.
