J. Cole explaining how the 2nd side of The Fall-Off (Disc 39) almost didn’t happen. It was originally gonna be just the Disc 29 version with 15 songs, and it was gonna follow ONLY the concept of Disc 29, but be more interpretative, instead of the way it is now, where the album because divided into 2 sides, and Disc 29 being an a lot more easy to follow story that progresses from song to song… Reminder that these changes came because of the events of the rap beef and the apology that came after it. Before that, J. Cole already had a release date planned for The Fall-Off and it was 8 weeks after Might Delete Later. And that version of The Fall-Off was so very different by the sounds of it. But, the version we got sounds like it’s so much better than that original version, so honestly, we gotta thank Drake & Kendrick for that whole situation cause it led to an even better album from J. Cole 🔥

My own experiences inspired me to create The Sultana Haven Foundation, a place where people can find support just as I once needed it. Today, I’m proud to introduce the PAD IT CAMPAIGN. This initiative exists to make sure no young girl misses school because she can’t afford menstrual pads. Our goal is to provide sanitary pads to 5,000 households across the 21 local government areas in Adamawa and help every girl show up with dignity and confidence #SultanaFarida #SHF

Still think there’s no difference in Seedance 2.5? 👀 Look at the skin tones. I used to own an ARRI ALEXA, and I’m telling you—the skin tones in 2.5 are noticeably more organic. The way it handles color, texture, and subtle tonal shifts in the skin just feels more natural and filmic. I’ve been seeing a lot of discussion about whether 2.5 is even worth the upgrade since, on the surface, not much seems to have changed. For me, this alone makes the upgrade absolutely worth it.

Somewhere between losing my mother, changing homes, and becoming the mother who has seen her kids fly away, I have rediscovered strength training. No, not the gym-bro version, not the ‘let me show you how to get back in shape Insta gyan’ version either. The real kind — where every rep feels like reclaiming a piece of your own life. There is something profoundly grounding about lifting your own bodyweight, about feeling your muscles wake up. Strength training is not vanity for me anymore. It is therapy. It is discipline. It is the quiet confidence of knowing that the human body can still learn, adapt, and grow stronger at any age! Strong is not a look. Strong is a feeling. And I’m happy I am feeling it again.

PulseX is so cool! For those of you that didn't know. PulseX is one of the most decentralized DEXs in existence. You can literally run it locally on your own machine and it's so simple to set up. Running it on your own machine makes it faster, more secure, safer, more censorship resistant and protects your privacy. There's no reason you should be using the web version when you have the desktop version available. I made a short video showing you how to download it. Ever since the first SimCity (the C64 version was the first one I played, then Amiga, then MSDOS), I’ve spent thousands of hours playing games in this series (I can’t count them all, but it’s definitely somewhere around that). And I’m really glad that SimCity 4 (with mods) is still an excellent city builder game. And while I may have a soft spot for SC, SC2000 and SC3000, I still consider SC4 to be the best installment. Anyway - good night, y'all!

A lot of you have asked, how am I training my digital twin? The AI version of me is being fed a lot of data — my principles, books, interviews, and more. That way, it can think through things on its own, and respond the way I would likely respond. I’m also going through a manual process of checking the answers it’s giving to see if it’s what I would actually say. I’m thankful to have great people helping me in that process, as it requires a lot of effort. I hope you’ll try it out at the link below and let me know what you think.
