HOLY CRAP! This just got immensely worse. ICE is out of hand in Los Angeles! The Federal agents (Apparently ICE) left the scene of the accident shortly after the video was taken. The LAPD is now investigating it as a hit and run and possible assault with a deadly weapon. (An automobile).
