To my opinion the xAI training center likely exhibits the same weaknesses as Dojo's memory addressing system, since this software architecture was probably designed quite poorly by the same people. ☠️

Specifically hiring for elite low-level talent is telling. Most labs prioritize high-level architecture, but the real gains usually come from squeezing performance out of the bare metal.

A million GPUs and zero job openings for "someone who listens to what emerges."
