LILY's LILOMON Balance Game 🐬 Discovering a song with a really good melody but you don't like the lyrics VS A song with beautiful lyrics but you don't like the melody 🐨 This one is really easy for me. Even if I don't like the lyrics, if the song itself is good, there are quite a few songs I still listen to. If I don't like the music, the musical elements, the melody, or the instrumental, I don't even listen to it in the first place. Honestly, I think there have been a lot of times where a song becomes even better because the lyrics are just so, so good. Since we're on the topic, let me recommend a few songs where I think the lyrics are really amazing. There's a song by Noah Kahan called 'Willing and Able'. The lyrics to that song are really sad. But the melody and the instrumental are also really good. I recommend that one! Also, one of Taylor Swift sunbaenim's songs. There's a song called 'The Prophecy'. The lyrics for that one really resonated with me. It's a song I truly love and adore.

if you could promote a song again, what would it be? ㅡ call me baby and tempo #CHANYEOL : actually, it's really impossible to choose just one, right? it's really hard to choose among EXO songs. The reason why i chose these 2 songs.. for tempo, honestly, it's my most favorite EXO song, i felt it even at the time we were practicing. The choreo is also so good. Why anybody would expect somebody else to pay for them is beyond me. Even if it was a close friend, I would think about it. If it did not happen often and I didn’t think they were trying to finesse me then I would more than likely do it. It sounds like in this case, the friend does this often and doesn’t pay her back. I have a name for someone like this and it’s a moocher. We will all have a friend like this in our lives and I think there will come a time where we have to decide whether or not this is something we are willing to tolerate. I would never do this to anybody else. If I had dinner plans but not enough money, the solution would be very simple, I would apologize and then cancel. I would y tell them why because that doesn’t matter. What matters is that I don’t have enough and I am not going to put my problems on anybody else. Friend’s like that have a short timespan to actually be a friend. I feel that people who do this are taking advantage and they know exactly what they are doing.

#BAMBAM: originally, #GOT7’s PYTHON was a song i made for my solo. but the members said, “let’s each share what we’ve made,” so in the gc (everyone sent their songs). at first, i thought, “ah, this (song) is so good, what should i do…” it was supposed to be the title track of my album. but since we were making a comeback after a long time, i thought this wasn’t the time to worry about my own stuff. if even i think it’s a good song, then sharing it with the group felt like showing proper respect to the team. so i just sent it right away.

It's a song that I wanted to sing solo for my show since last year, but at that time, I requested and chose the song too late, so it wasn't used. So this year, I actually feel lucky that I didn't get to show it last year, bc doing the show with Emi, having her as part of the show too, made it a much better show. It was tremendously beautiful. 🌞: I wanted to challenge Emi. I know that Emi is really skilled, but, well, to put it simply, I wanted to see her sing a Korean song. I wanted to see her sing a song in Korean. When I listened to the song and tried to imagine what a show with it would turn out like, I knew that it would be beautiful. It would definitely be so beautiful. 🌞: Emi is a detailed person. Like, really, really detailed. I'm glad, bc I feel like I'm a detailed person too, so getting to work together with someone who is just as detailed is... I had to look at the concert overall, so for those little details, like for the harmonising, whether to choose this harmonisation or that harmonisation, or whether this line should just be sung without harmonisation, having someone there who is detailed and cares abt it too... I might not be able to go into every single little detail for every song, but I was lucky that I chose the right person. Since Emi has these qualities, it made the song even better. 🌞: I'd like to give all the credit to Emi. This is one of Emi's shows that she did really well and it's a song and show that I'll definitely keep going back to. I'm glad that I had Emi as a guest.

Sometimes to figure out how we feel about someone or something, we have to step into the shoes of someone else to fully understand our own feelings. This song was one of the first times I told a story in song through someone else’s eyes. I learnt so much about myself and about that person through this experience. Even though it’s a painful story and painful emotion, I really hope anyone who related to this song felt a little seen and understood by it.”
