I have been Kashgar 2 times now so if you want to see real crowd and every day life there go to the market place around 12pm best time you will experience there

Tonight we treated ourselves to one of the best Uyghur restaurants in Xinjiang: an institution in Kashgar called "Mihmn Lirim" which is genuinely extraordinary, look at their interior design and their menu (which I filmed in full) 👇 We got ourselves a delicious roast fish with a Xinjiang spice mix, some pigeon noodles (pigeon meat is very popular in Xinjiang), some baozis and veggies 😊
