I'd say this, while I may get some stick for it, this is a man under unbelievable pressure. How he's responding and has done from the start has been spiky which isn't the best way, but he's human. He walked into a terrible situation on&off the pitch undoubtedly.

The guy looks lost and defeated. It reminds me of when I was struggling playing Championship Manager 2 in 1996 and I kept changing players and formations….

Scarily out of his depth, ten games in and he has no idea what his best team is, or what formation to play, we have no identity or style of play. Yet he harps on about Watford. The worst manager in our history, an arrogant tactically inept man.
