This is so sad. @MarvelComicsHQ , give this man his own split timeline continuity and let him pick up X-Men where he left off. If you do that I’ll forgive everything else you’ve ever done or ever will do that’s terrible

he sounds honestly heartbroken :( hope we get some claremont-style retrospective minis, aus, or maybe a collection of bts material like w/ the dark phoenix saga

I just... I hope in some way, even with some tweaking, he can come back and finish his story. He made me fall in love with X-men again.

Not only did we miss this, but we got a rushed ham-fisted end to the era he started 😃

He should have been on Titans or Legion of Super Heroes.
