this is straight facts. one of the biggest issues with overwatch is how they baby the playerbase. they dont think players can learn / enjoy complex heroes. every hero has to be easy to play for some reason. overwatch has far less complex heroes than easy heroes, but the worst part is that even the way they balance the game rewards easy heroes more than the hard heroes. casual players can have fun playing heroes like genji, tracer etc...
