He lacks the doorman mentality

This guy is allergic to fun and creative characters

What he is describing is every MOBA game and yet it’s the most popular multiplayer genre. Just say it’s not your type of game. Don’t speak for everybody

Isn’t it normal to level up? like isn’t that what drives people in the first place to level up get better at the game having fun?

Sounds like a skill issue

Every moba is like this and league is the biggest game of all time, not saying deadlock will ever reach those heights of course but plenty of people will be willing to learn it’s not even that hard to learn

The learning curve is extensive and frustrating but there is a lot of fun in feeling like you’re getting better in this game.

This man is a human potato, nor does he understand the appeal of MOBA’s

Guy plays a moba and doesn’t understand how to play a MOBA, unfortunate how the most popular guys on twitch are the ones with least amount of ambition to learn or get better at anything man

I heard he didn’t know you could slide for unlimited ammo even though everyone was telling him lmao

I mean no shit? Anyone who's getting into this game already knows what they're getting into. Some people enjoy the learning curve and a unique experience

He didn't point out a problem, just his issue with it He just wants an average shooter where he doesnt have to plan against opponents or with teammates. It seems like Deadlock just isn't his style of shooter TLDR: He doesnt like it cause it's a shooter where he has to think

He's never been in an office work environment.,

I think it’s the same as league isn’t it? Although at times games could last very long.

i say major skill issue

Grown man who has never worked a job in his life complaining about a video game feeling too much like work is crazy, but as a huge deadlock fan I'm glad, honestly don't want people like this in the community, go play the next battlefield or call of duty or whatever please

Funke said it best, this game is not for the employed

I think this is a relatively reasonable take for the average person, I don't think most people like the intensity of teamplay and macro you need for a moba and if you're someone who comes from hero shooters and only likes hero shooters ur prolly gonna struggle

Poke and Ster have been going hard in the Deadlock mines, Mr. Cow is just a washed up gambling addict

Holy shit this guy would be befuddled by a coloring book

Dunno how much the claim that something is "too much work" is worth coming from a guy who's last bit of large scale relevance was his empty chair reacting to a video on stream was. Frankly I'd take the chair more serious than him any day.

i mean the game feels like Paragon. i’ve taken to it quite fondly and only been playing for a couple days now and anyone who gets into a moba should be fully aware of how they are. Dota, LoL, Smite, Deadlock, it doesn’t really matter

Probably the worst pro in ow oat, the guy has no mechanical skills at all 🤷♂️

xQc talks shit about literally every game he plays despite consistently being embarrassingly bad at anything that isnt rivals/overwatch 😭 methinks if you get your opinion on video games from him ur a dunce

It's HIS problem, not the games problem. He's right that deadlock is lowkey a super unemployed complexity game. That's why people like it though. They like the complexity and if they don't, they leave. Fair game

There's some truth to that imo. Most matches take like an hour minimum, and the skill ceiling isn't too low.

Isn’t that the whole point behind a moba? You’re learning to strategize and counter whoever it is you’re playing against. It’s a task to learn these games, but nobody is forcing you to play it? At this point you’re not criticizing deadlock you’re criticizing the genre.

lazy ahhhh

One friend of mine didn’t like the game cuz he has to learn how to build… he plays lol every day 🤪

people treat Deadlock as a hero shooter when, in reality, it's a MOBA with the 3rd person camera perspective MOBA matches last 30-40 minutes AT LEAST you are free to pick another game/genre if you don't like it, it's okay, not everything must be your cup of tea

the extensive thought of "buying healbane of they have guys who heal"

Man who has played games for a living for over a decade complaining that playing games feels like a job. Crazy. Almost like he's never thought of playing a game because you find it fun, or not playing a game because you don't find it fun. It isn't content for normal people.

He'd rather be opening cases
