The finternet explicitly mentions the concept of Unified Ledgers and an interoperability protocol (SATP/SAEP) for those. Oracle partnered specifically with Quant to built that type of financial system.

The Finternet is a legally grounded network of heterogeneous, jurisdiction specific ledgers coordinated atomically. XRPL can be a participant or connector in a Finternet like world(provide liquidity). It cannot be the Finternet.
