You didn't explain that all stable coins have to be backed 1:1 (1 to 1), 1 physical USD behind every 1 stable coin. There's just not enough stable coins. And XRP is scalable. I will say I don't understand if stable coins are actually scalable or not. I don't think so but I could be wrong on that
