XRP would be exchanged/wrapped for securitized asset inside the liquidity pool that paid dividends. The asset isn’t taxed, but the income derived from the work of others, aka processing payments, is the business entity that would report to the tax authority.

Yet. If you act as your own bank It is within that very same realm More than likely everyone is going to try to hitchhike into an institutional liquidity pool. Doubtful if someone’s small bag can create one for their own Which also means that the institutions might run a closed shop in some circumstances. However I do not think sovereign nations would do so.
