Protocol revenue here is literally the friction between users and forced stakeholders like miners and validators. The more revenue a protocol earns the more it took away from users to use a network. It's bizarre how this makes sense for an open protocol, it makes absolutely sense for a business and thus equities. The XRP Ledger says, hey its super cheap to make forward progress if just agree on it, no friction no revenue. We are so ahead in our understanding of this space it's not even remotely funny.

Now, we’ve drastically improved the transaction processing times for both EOA wallets by implementing 7702 throughout the entire product and implementing the real time transaction API. Everytime you use GTE, your transactions will take only the time it takes to round trip between you and the sequencer. This is usually around 200ms if you’re across the world from the sequencer (which is about as fast as you blink). Now, there is no difference between using GTE and a CEX. This is what it means to be the fastest decentralized exchange in the world. You’re going to have fun trading on GTE!

How does a mainchain cover multiple side chains transactions if all the banks have their own side chains all leading to the xrpl But they all do 200 tps and they want to shift across. This also leads to the question of the new bridges. Can the xrpl truly keep up with the level of infrastructure being bolted to it. Can the xrpl handle it? We have had inscriptions last year that nearly blew the top at 140 tps I know recently it managed 240 tps? (Correct if wrong) but can the XRPL handle that much traffic? Or is there a new mechanism within the bridges to slow the rate of traffic? This was an interesting Q made me really think #xrp #xrpl
