I imagine his side of the story is a bit different and also quite a bit more accurate.

Imagine calling someone else a narcissist when posting a 3 minute video, in a bank, complaining about how you are the victim, while consistently fidgeting with your hair and making sure you got the right camera angles? I'd love to hear the other side of this.

SOOOO she sounds like she is upset because he did to her what she was going to do to him first! I've been married 32 yrs. We have 3 banks accts. Mine, hers, and the house fund. In 32 yrs of marriage we have never argued over finances.

What psychopath films herself in a bank saying all this?

$38 seems pretty specific. I would imagine that's how much money she had in her bank account when you met her. So that's what he's leaving her with. Just a guess but 38 seems specific

Hold on, I commented before I watched the whole thing. She is so angry and sad that she runs to TikTok? And wait the divorce papers haven’t been served yet? This man was brilliant. He made sure sure she can’t do to him what he just did to her. “Mother of his children” blah bla blah. This woman was about to wipe out the father of her children. If she has no money, and it’s truly about the children, then the children should be with him. And to add in the character attacks about drugs and mental health crisis. This is lawyer speak. This poor dude and their children are in for a decade of trouble. She will never be satisfied.

My ex-wife is sitting on about half a million in equity in the house “we” bought that she could never have had without me. Cry me a fucking River.

There was no court order, there is no crime. If married, that irs check would belong to the both of you, so this story does not add up. Why are you at the bank? Were you going to clean him out first?

My ex took $30,000 from a joint account and then filed for divorce. Absolutely nothing I could do. But I had the last laugh. I get $600+ per month from his retirement and have been for 17 years. And will continue to do so until he dies.

I guess she isn’t aware that his attorney will use this video against her. First thing her attorney should have told her is to stay off social media.

I got a divorce and a day later I canceled her card. Child support and alimony were set up. 4 days later my ex called me demanding to know why her card didn't work. I had just gotten paid and she was at the atm trying to take all the money out like she had every previous payday.

Has a thousand bucks worth of makeup and filler. This never happened. He didn’t forge and signatures. The bank followed the law, a joint account can be closed be either party. Same with credit cards

I don’t feel bad. I’m willing to bet lots of money that it was his anyway. He worked you spent his money and complained. Now you think you are entitled to his money that he earned. I’ve seen this story a million times.

Just goes to show you that even if they’re attractive somebody’s tired of her bullshit. She’s just pissed because she didn’t beat him to the money. But the way the system is set up. She’ll still get the money. That’s why marriage rates and birth rates are collapsing because it’s no benefit for a man to get married these days.

Former banker here, at a glance, nothing illegal took place. If this woman had a joint account with her ex, he could literally deposit the check and then withdraw against the account since IRS related checks are generally cashed out right away since the government checks are generally trust worthy, most banks don't even charge you a fee to cash those... anyway, if he did it the way I stated earlier, there's no recourse, as she stated. Documents were drafted and right before she sent them out, he did this. Zero recourse. She's inside a bank and not a police station because she has no recourse, the bankers will tell her "sorry ma'am, there's nothing we can do, here's an application to open up a line of credit to help you pay for bills etc during this difficult transition". this chick seems vicious, like a total monster. I wouldn't trust her, two faces. She goes from "he's gonna pay!" to "how will I survive dis? ;'c" real fast lol
