See as someone in IT, I get paid so much that this type ticket get ignored lmao. Either those below me do it or I’m sending them a visual documentation on how to do it. Can’t read not my problem. 🤣

It's how you react to do that for the 10th time today, that Mmgt is looking at.

Meanwhile, I have to basically beg remote desk to do a password reset and skip 5 steps as I know the system defaulted to blank on an update. I'd save it so much time if they would just do what I need instead of their list. Thank god for the local it, they just do it no questions.

Ngl I loved my help desk days. It was so easy. Yeah you get these kind of calls happen but also these calls last a minute or 2. And often end with a laugh. Good times.
